Student Minister, Russell Brand would like to invite you to come and be a part of an exciting new movement in God's kingdom we refer to as "The Hill". "The Hill" is a group of young people, in the 7th grade through college, coming together to grow in our relationship with Jesus Christ and equip ourselves for HIS service.
Our Sunday Morning Bible Study is the foundation of our ministry. We have a middle school class & a high school class. We start Sunday morning (9:00 AM) with worship time followed by Bible study that is geared toward youth. We meet every Wednesday at (5:45pm) for worship and equipping, with drama practice immediately following our worship service.
We are excited about our youth here at SHBC ! Our group, as well as our mission, is growing every day. Our goal is to have a youth ministry that will meet the spiritual needs of today's teenager. We are committed to helping our youth find their place in God's kingdom.
We have various trips planned to concerts, sporting events, retreats, and various other outings. We are also planning a summer mission trip.
